Return Policy

Returns
Personal Protection Equipment is not accepted for return for refund considering the nature of products. If items arrive significantly not as described, damaged, or otherwise defective, those items will be accepted for return for exchange.

All other NON-PPE products such as vest, flags, load banners etc.. are accepted for return for refund, exchange or credit within 30-days of purchase. To initiate the return authorization process simply contact us. Make sure to include the order number, reason for return and desired result. After submitting your request please allow up to 72 hours for a response. Normally in this time we are preparing the RMA details and instructions.

Refunds
Once a return is received we can normally move it through processing within one or two business days. Once a return clears return processing it will move to billing. Depending on the payment method used for the order a refund can be seen in just a few days up to a week or two. Billing will issue a refund within just one business day. Paypal refunds are instant. Credit card refunds are normally just a few days but some issuing banks can take as long as they like to apply a pending refund to your credit account.


Exchanges 
Exchanges for defective items only. Request RMA by contacting us, return defective item and a replacement will be dispatched within 72 hours.
